How to Unpack & Repack Your Flower Rentals

Unpacking

1. Open the Box Carefully
   Score along the sellotape to open the box without damaging it — you’ll need it for the return.
2. Untie the Green Ribbons
   Gently untie (don’t cut) the green ribbons that secure the arrangements.
3. Lift Arrangements by the Base
   Reach underneath each arrangement and lift it out by the tray or base.
   Avoid lifting by the flowers, as this can loosen them. If any tall stems have bent during transit you can straighten them out.

Repacking

1. Use the Same Box
   Repack the arrangements in the original box.
2. Secure with Green Ribbons
   Gently tie the arrangements back in place with the green ribbons to minimise movement during transit.
3. Tape the Box Closed
   Push taller stems down to close the box, tape the box back up carefully, ensuring it’s sealed well for transit.
4. Attach the Return Label
   Find your return label inside the box and stick it over the original shipping label so the return address is clearly visible for the driver.
