How do I get the ball rolling to rent your artificial flowers?
Firstly decide on the items that you want to rent. Then fill out a rental booking form and i’ll get back to you with availability.
Can I customise the rental flowers?
Rentals are ready-made so you get editorial impact at a fraction of bespoke cost. If you want custom flowers, see our artificial or fresh bouquet pages.
Can I provisionally book my date without paying my deposit?
No. Paying your 50% deposit is the only way to book your rental items for your date.
Please be aware that the rentals you’re interested in will become unavailable if someone else books them for the same date.
Do you have a minimum spend?
No minimum spend for artificial flowers, all budgets welcome.

What is the damage deposit?
I take a £100 damage deposit. This is fully refundable once I receive your flowers and check them for damage/ missing flowers.
If your rental order total is less than £100, no deposit is necessary.
What happens if a few of the flowers are damaged?
I’ve been to many weddings and completely understand that accidents happen.
The damage deposit is simply a precaution to cover missing flowers that are not returned to me.
When do I pay?
I take a 50% deposit to book your items for your date.
Full payment + damage deposit is due 8 weeks before your event date.
Payment is via bank transfer, details will be at the base of your quote.
Can we collect the rentals from you in Brighton?
Yes! I’m more than happy with collections and in-person returns. If someone in your wedding party lives in Brighton you might want to ask them to do this so you can save on postage costs.

Basic Rental Terms:
- Return Policy: Arrangements must be returned within 7 days of receipt. You will receive them 3 days before your event day and need to post them back 2 days after the event. For example, you receive your flowers on Wednesday, use them on Saturday, post them back to me on Monday for next day delivery.
- Damage Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £100 will be required 8 weeks before your event. This deposit is fully refundable after I receive and check the flowers upon their return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. We will ensure to find the cheapest method for you, which must be trackable and reliable for peace of mind.
