Do you work to a budget?
Yes.
Your budget is the most useful piece of information to me as it dictates the scope of the design.
I have a £650 minimum for fresh flowers.
I don’t know much about flowers – is that okay?
More than okay.

Do you create artificial wedding flowers too?
