The Brighton Florist offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Ready to Buy Wedding Collection
The following specific terms apply to all items purchased from our Ready to Buy wedding section:
- Customer Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to double-check that you have selected the correct colour palette and the correct delivery or collection date before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for customer errors made during the checkout process.
- No Cancellations: There is a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy for fresh wedding flowers once an order has been placed. Because we work with perishable goods and specific grower timelines, all sales in this category are final.
- Design & Floral Choice: All flowers are selected at our absolute discretion based on seasonal availability and quality. By purchasing, you agree to trust our professional judgement. Specific flower requests, stems, or varieties will not be taken.
- Colour Palettes: The chosen colour palette is a guide only. Due to the nature of fresh produce, exact shades and tones will vary from the images shown on our website.
- Quality Reporting Window: Fresh flowers are a perishable, living product. If there is a concern regarding the quality or condition of your flowers, you must notify Hannah via email or phone within 1 hour of receipt/collection so that adjustments can be made before your ceremony. We cannot be held liable for quality issues reported after this timeframe.
Deliveries
We endeavor to use a reliable and efficient delivery service.
- Wedding Delivery Fee: Delivery for the Ready to Buy collection is charged at a flat rate of £10 to one single location.
- Address: If your delivery address changes you must email Hannah with the new address.
- Timing: Wedding deliveries will take place at approximately 10:00 AM on your selected date.
- Collection: If you have not selected delivery, you must arrange a pre-agreed time for collection from our Brighton studio.
Goods, Pricing and Availability
Every product bought is sold subject to its product description. Our products are handmade and hence open to variations from the pictures seen on our website. We believe that this uniqueness is the beauty of handmade, artisanal floral design.
Force Majeure
If The Brighton Florist is affected by “Force Majeure” (an overpowering force or event beyond our control, such as extreme weather or supply chain collapse), we shall promptly notify you. We will not be liable for a breach of conditions caused by such events.
Law and Jurisdiction
The formation, performance, and validity of this Contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
