I have spent over a year sourcing and testing the best of the best artificial flowers that are super-realistic and guaranteed to give you a WOW factor.

To celebrate the launch of my artificial arrangement hire service this week, I’m answering some common questions.

How does the flower arrangements for hire process work?

I have pre-made the collection available for hire. It includes front facing arrangements and floral sculptures, along with hand-tied bouquets and bridesmaids’ bouquets. You choose the items that you want to hire and I post them to you a 3 days before your event. You keep the boxes, use the flowers and then put them back in the boxes and post them back to me 2 days after the event. SIMPLE!

What colour are flowers for hire?

Each floral arrangement or bouquet for hire is available in the following colour schemes. Neutrals, Brights + Soft Pastels.

The colour schemes are not customisable; this allows me to offer them at a fraction of the purchase price by reducing additional labour and costs. Arrangement vs Sculpture?

My hire ‘arrangements’ come in medium and large sizes. They are designed in a rectangular, front-facing style that looks best from the front—though they still have floral details at the back. These arrangements are perfect for framing a ceremony on plinths or platforms, lining aisles, or decorating bar areas, window sills, shelves, and cake tables. The medium size works especially well as table decor, running down the center of a rectangular table or enhancing the front of a head table.

My hire ‘sculptures’ are available in small, medium, and large sizes, crafted as modern, circular towers of flowers designed to be admired from every angle. These versatile pieces look stunning on plinths to frame a ceremony, standing along the aisle, or as table arrangements—whether centered on round tables or running down the middle of rectangular tables.

Which Bouquets do you hire?

I hire hand-tied bouquets in size large. These are intended to be displayed in a vase (not included) and to form part of your event decor.

I also hire bridesmaids’ bouquets in neutral, bright and pastel colour schemes. They are small in size and their handle is wrapped in a satin ribbon.

I don’t offer bridal bouquets for hire, since they’re often so personal and customised. Instead, I create beautiful, bespoke bouquets for purchase, so you can keep them forever! Prices range from around £125 for a small bouquet to £235 for a large. Once I have an idea of your style and preferences, I’ll provide an exact quote. And don’t forget to share your colour scheme with me—I’m here to bring your vision to life!

What happens if the flowers get damaged?

I take a 50% damage deposit, which is fully refundable when the rental flowers are returned. This just helps cover any damage or loss, but no need to worry—I completely understand that accidents happen at events! I only deduct from the deposit if something needs to be replaced, and I would only take what’s necessary to cover the cost of a flower or stem. So relax and enjoy your event; this is just a little reassurance for us both!

Why hire artificial event flowers?

Artificial flowers have come on leaps and bounds in the past few years. When I exhibited at The Un-Wedding Show 90% of people who visited my stand had no idea that they were fake and had to get up very close to notice. Some of my flowers are real touch and feel like the real thing too so they are a stunning option for your wedding or event.
