A New Way to do Wedding Flowers

Yeah Boiiiiiii, They’ve launched! I debuted my artificial flower rentals at The Un-Wedding Show in London.

Having never really even been to a wedding show before I was unsure about my life choices. I’ve never felt that my vibe aligned with a show until I saw the Un-Wedding. It’s all about non-tradition and creative ideas and as my followers know I’m highly allergic to traditional floristry, it brings me out in a rash.

It turns out the Un-Wedding Show is completely AWESOME and I had the absolute best time. I met so many like-minded, amazing wedding suppliers and wedding couples. I standardly lost my voice at the end of day 2.

A Few Takeaways from the Show

90% of people who I chatted to had no idea my flowers were fake. I ended up writing FAKE on my mirror just to give everyone a head start.

There were actually quite a few florists there and so I was glad I was exhibiting something totally unique.

I’m now an Un-Wedding Show Recommended Supplier babes, so I’m in the Book of Love Directory and in their loving and supportive community which I hugely appreciate.

I’m the first artificial flower supplier that’s ever exhibited there, affirming my feeling that I’m at the beginning of the trend curve.

Almost every couple I chatted to were interested in how to reduce the impact of the wedding on the environment, highlighting this trend in the industry and how important it is to have options to reduce impact.

Talking for 2 days straight = losing your voice.

Late on Sunday instead of saying ‘lovely to meet you’ I said ‘LOVE YOU’ to a couple i’d just met. A bit forward, even for me.

Bookings

The most important aspect of the show = actually booking couples. It’s all party vibes being there, but it’s a pretty expensive weekend working and you do want to make your money back! And my first bookings of my rentals from the launch have indeed been couples that I met at the show for 2025 and 2026 weddings! Legends!

I’m low key obsessed with my tower of flower sculptures and I don’t think you can get anything more on-trend and modern right now.
