Fresh Flower Returns Policy
We hope you love your flowers! If you’re unhappy with any part of our fresh flower delivery service, please contact us by emailing hannah@thebrightonflorist.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a suitable replacement. Please provide photos if applicable, to help us understand the issue.
Delivery Failure – If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will reach out via email or phone (if provided) to arrange an alternative delivery or a safe place option.
Artificial Flower Returns Policy
Welcome to our Artificial Flower Returns Policy! We hope you are delighted with your artificial flower purchase from The Brighton Florist. However, if you are disappointed for any reason, you have 14 days to return the item.
Before returning, please contact us by email at hannah@thebrightonflorist.com. Please do not return items without reaching out first.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched. Please obtain proof of postage.
- Condition and Packaging: Goods must be returned in their original packaging with the order slip included. Ensure items are carefully repacked, as we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred during the return process.
- Processing: We will inspect returned items and notify you of your refund or replacement via email. While we aim to process returns promptly, please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.

Returns Policy for Flower Rentals
If you experience any issues with your rental items, please inform us as soon as possible and at least 48 hours before your event date. This ensures we have time to provide a replacement, helping your event run smoothly.
Please note that we cannot process refunds or accept returns for rental items reported after the event date, as they will have been used.
